INTRODUCTION.

1. MISSION.

   The mission of Knowblet Data Sciences is to alleviate the risk of consumer fraud and to reduce the cost of acquisition of new business from the South African consumer markets. Knowblet engineers into knowledge & social networks the data-extracts from global warehouses, CRM systems & Billing systems (data sinks) and recommits these datasets to stronger Authentication, Profiling and Fraud Detection Services. The circle completes with back office integration, before this process, named OpenDia™, continues.

   Marketing Intelligence, Direct Marketing, Credit Management and Fraud Centers are linked in with Knowblet via our collaboration and workflow tool named KDEServer™, which enables professionals to be more productive and successful. To achieve our Mission, we make services available through our website, mobile applications, and developer platform, to help you.

TECHNOLOGY.

Knowblet utilizes Open Source Software for all development efforts. Our servers use the well-know Linux distribution Ubuntu in combination with Java and MySQL.

SERVICES.

1. ID NUMBER STATUS.

   Each ID Number has a combination of statuses attached: Marital Status, (Foreign) Citizenship Status, Deceased/Alive Status and Emigrated/Refugee Status. Several error & informational codes are given, indicating the fitness of the ID Number: isCompanyRegistrationNumber, isBrokenAndRepaired, isBrokenPermanently, isDeceased, CitizenIndicatorRepaired, NeverIssuedByHomeAffairs, isClean.

2. AUTHENTICATION.

   The ID Number + Name can be authenticated. Misspellings in both ID Number and full names are flagged.

3. PROFILING.

   Based on the information submitted to KDEServer™, a comprehensive profile report is generated that may include: Gender, Population group, Age group, Income group, Geographical location, Contact ability, Marital status, Occupation, Homeownership and Directorship.

4. BANK ACCOUNT VALIDATION

   Banking details [bankName, accountNumber, accountType and branchCode] are validated.

5. ADDRESS VALIDATION.

   Address details are validated, misspellings repaired and postalcodes verified. The address is reformatted into a valid SAPO/SPAMMS complient address.
